摘　　要：世界文化遗产保护在不同思潮情境下形成了为特定语境所界定的阶段性特征与创新式特点。以“世界文化遗产”概念的形成与发展为基础,梳理基于语境流变的世界文化遗产的三大历时性演进特征(地方性、国家性、世界性),以及保护运动的三大阶段性特点(前世遗时期的“静态式”和“区系混杂式”保护、后公约时期的“活态式”和“时空谱系式”保护、21世纪的“多元协同式保护”和“公众参与式”多元保护)。在近现代国际语境流变的前提下,中国的世界文化遗产保护出现了自“中国文物”到“中国文化遗产”再到“中国世界文化遗产”的概念演进与范式转换,构建了以中国文化遗产保护体系为核心、中国线性文化遗产保护体系和中国城乡历史文化遗产保护体系等为补充的多元保护体系。在新时代,基于文化思想的中国世界文化遗产保护呈现可持续文化多样性保护的新特点。The world cultural heritage protection movement has formed staged characteristics and innovative characteristics defined by specific contexts under different ideological trends.The study is based on the formation and development of the concept of"world cultural heritage",and sorts out the three diachronic evolutionary characteristics of world cultural heritage attributes based on the local,national,and global contextual changes,and global,as well as the characteristics of the three major stages of the protection movement:the"static"and"mixed fauna"protection in the"previous world heritage"period,the"living type"and"time and space genealogy"protection in the"post-convention"period,and the diversified conservation of"multiple collaborative conservation"and"public participation"in the 21st century.Under the premise of the changes in the modern international context,the protection of China's"world cultural heritage"has also seen the evolution and paradigm shift of the protection concept from"Chinese cultural relics"to"Chinese cultural heritage","China's world cultural heritage",forming an innovative development path to build a diverse Chinese"world cultural heritage"protection system with China's cultural heritage protection system as the core and expanded China's linear cultural heritage protection system and China's urban and rural historical and cultural heritage protection system,and forming an innovative development path in the new era.New characteristics of sustainable cultural diversity protection for China's"world cultural heritage"based on"cultural ideas".
