摘　　要：文章探讨了毛/涤混纺筒纱一浴法染色工艺,通过合理选择染色助剂用量,优化染色工艺参数,提高混纺纱线的染色质量。当羊毛保护剂HTP质量浓度为4.0 g/L,载体P-EW质量浓度为3.0 g/L,毛用匀染剂SET质量浓度为1.0 g/L,涤用匀染剂TOP质量浓度为1.0 g/L时,可明显提高毛/涤混纺筒纱染色的匀染性,各项色牢度符合要求,羊毛纤维无明显损伤,同时缩短了生产时间,降低了企业生产成本,节能减排,促进了筒纱染色的绿色低碳发展。By selecting the appropriate amount of dyeing auxiliaries,optimizing the dyeing process parameters,and improving the dyeing quality of blended yarn,one-bath dyeing process of wool/polyester blended cheese yarn was discussed.The results show that when the mass concentration of wool protective agent HTP is 4.0 g/L,the mass concentration of carrier P-EW is 3.0 g/L,the mass concentration of wool leveling agent SET is 1.0 g/L,and the mass concentration of polyester leveling agent TOP is 1.0 g/L,the levelness of the wool/polyester blended cheese yarn dyeing can be significantly improved.The color fastness meets the requirements,and the wool fibers are undamaged.At the same time,it shortens production time,reduces production costs for enterprises,saves energy and reduces emissions,and promotes the green and low-carbon development of cheese yarn dyeing.
