剩余污泥与高炉矿渣等混合制备吸附剂制备条件探究

摘  要:在氯化锌活化和高温碳化条件下,以活性污泥法处理生活污水产生的剩余污泥为主要原料,炼铁高炉矿渣、甘蔗渣、炼铁熟料和粉煤灰为辅料,按照53%∶20%∶13%∶7%∶7%的质量配比制取吸附剂,通过改变浸渍比、碳化温度探究最佳制备条件。结果表明:在浸渍比为1∶1.5、碳化温度850℃条件下,所制备的吸附剂对重金属镉吸附效果较好,吸附效率达89.87%。The sludge from activated sludge treatment of domestic sewage was the main material mixed with blast furnace slag and bagasse and ironmaking clinker and fly ash as accessory ingredients based on the quantity ratio of 53%∶20%∶13%∶7%∶7% to prepare sorbent under the condition of zinc chloride activation and high temperature carbonization.The tests were conducted by changing impregnation ratio,carbonization temperature to explore the optimal preparation condition.The results showed that the prepared sorbent had good absorption efficiency as 89.87%on cadmium metal under the condition of impregnation ratio as 1∶1.5 with the carbonization temperature as 850 centigrade.
