摘  要:该文依据埃博拉的传播机制,构建一类具有媒体播报效应及有限医疗资源环境下的SIRDM传染病模型,计算模型的控制再生数,证明了无病平衡点的存在性、全局稳定性以及地方病平衡点的存在唯一性.然后对控制再生数进行敏感性分析,最后进行数值模拟以探究医疗资源及媒体播报对于疾病的影响,结果表明适量增加医疗资源和媒体播报量会降低疾病的暴发规模,从而能有效地防控疫情.Based on the transmission mechanism of Ebola,an SIRDM infectious disease model is constructed incorporating media coverage and limited medical resources.The control reproduction number of the model is calculated,then both the existence and the stability of the disease-free equilibrium are proved.Furthermore,the existence and uniqueness of the endemic equilibrium are given,and the sensitivity analysis of the control reproduction number is conducted.Finally,the numerical simulations are carried out to explore the influence of medical resources and media coverage on the spread of the disease.The results show that increasing the amount of medical resources and media coverage can reduce the outbreak scale of the disease and play an important role in disease control and prevention.
