摘　　要：工业建筑是为满足特定产品生产或研发试制需要,容纳主要及辅助生产功能的建筑,其空间形态需与工艺流程及生产设备所需环境性能要求相吻合,强调生产空间布局的集约性、逻辑性、连续性及人流、物流的便捷和高效,同时需结合项目用地环境回应建筑的城市属性,进行建筑本体的空间再造,完成工艺流程和产品生产、研发试制条件约束下的功能实现与形式建构的统一。通过天津卷烟厂项目的创作实践,阐述基于工业基因的理性设计和建筑性表达。Industrial architecture is designed to accommodate the primary and auxiliary functions,which is necessary for specific products and research development goals.The spatial configuration is tailored to align with the process flow and environmental performance of the product manufacturing,emphasizing on the intensive,logical,and continuity of space layout,as well as the convenience and efficiency for both personnel and material flows.At the same time,the design must take the urban context of the project site into account,integrating the building's spatial reconfiguration within its urban attributes.This article discusses the rational design based on industrial genes and architectural expressions through the practical experience of the Tianjin Cigarette Factory project.
