摘　　要：正式更名后,信息资源管理一级学科迈进高质量内涵式发展新时代,但在学科专业与社会群体认知、人才培养与行业事业发展、学术研究与话语体系建设等方面仍然存在诸多问题。为了更好激发学科发展活力,在理清学科发展脉络上,需要优化完善目录体系,调整学科专业布点,深耕厚植传统学科,融合发展交叉学科;在优化人才培养策略上,需要重视顶层设计、动态调整人才培养方案,强化协同联动、全面革新专业教材体系,致力智慧教育、深度融合智能信息技术;在科学研究范式创新上,需要定义“单学科”主体身份,组建“多学科”研究团队,锁定“跨学科”前沿课题,融入“超学科”学术思维,开展“有组织”科学研究,构建“场景式”学科应用。After the first-level discipline of library information and archives management was officially renamed information resource management,it has entered a new era of high-quality connotative development.However,there are still many problems in the cognition of disciplines and social groups,talent training and industry development,academic research and discourse system construction.In order to better stimulate the development vitality of the discipline,the article suggests that in clarifying the development context of disciplines,it is necessary to optimize and improve the catalog system,adjust the distribution of disciplines and specialties,cultivate traditional disciplines and integrate interdisciplinary development.In terms of optimizing talent training strategies,we need to pay attention to top-level design,dynamically adjust talent training programs,strengthen collaboration and linkage,comprehensively reform the professional teaching material system,and devote ourselves to intelligent education and deep integration of intelligent information technology.In terms of innovative scientific research paradigm,it is necessary to define the subject identity of“single discipline”,establish a“multidisciplinary”research team,anchor“interdisciplinary”cutting-edge topics,integrate“interdisciplinary”academic thinking,carry out“organized”scientific research,and build a“scene”discipline application.
