摘  要:针对一款车型的中控饰板壳体,设计了一副活动刀口抽芯在同一个模腔内实现切换双色的一种新型双色注射模,该类型的双色模具采用双色注塑腔内切换机构,第一射与第二射相交之间设计一个抽芯滑块作为一个刀口开关阀门,用于控制以下所述第一注射位置与第二注射位置之间切换,从而相比与传统的旋转式双色模具质量更稳定,生产成本更低,产品品质合格率更高。通过实际验证,结果表明,该种滑块刀口抽芯式双色模具运行稳定可靠,满足生产要求,实现提高了生产效率并降低了成本。A new type of 2K injection mold has been designed for the central control decorative panel shell of a specific vehicle model,featuring a set of movable slide core(core-back system)within the same cavity to achieve the switching of second shot during injection molding.This type of 2K mold is equipped with an internal switching mechanism for 2K injection.It involves designing a core-pulling slide block as a switching valve between the first and second injection areas,controlling the transition between the first injection position and the second injection position.Compared with traditional rotary 2K molds,this design offers greater stability in product quality,lower production costs,and higher product qualification rates.Practical verification has shown that this core-pulling 2K mold operates reliably and steadily,meeting production requirements,improving production efficiency,and reducing costs.
