摘  要:研制生产某铝制品部件做为某产品的核心部件之一,需要高的可靠性和安全性,因此,对产品加工质量要求较为严格,各零部件表面任何的轻微划伤的存在都会影响产品交付。钳工工序中,主要进行4×M4-6Hmm螺纹孔加工及所有孔口的倒角。孔口倒角由于其所起作用不同而有不同要求。由于倒角工序常常被视为辅助工序而被忽视,同时缺乏对刀具和工艺方法的深入研究导致加工效率低,加工质量差等现象。现对该铝制品攻丝及倒角加工工艺进行分析与总结及优化,提出针对不同的倒角形式采用不同的专用刀具。As one of the core components of a product,an aluminum product component requires high reliability and safety,so there are strict requirements for product processing quality.Any slight scratches on the surface of each component will affect product delivery.In the bench work process,the main tasks are as follows:processing the threaded hole of 4×M4-6Hmm and chamfering of all holes.Orifices chamfer have different requirements due to their different roles.Chamfering process is often regarded as an auxiliary process and ignored.At the same time,the lack of in-depth research on tools and process methods leads to low processing efficiency and poor processing quality.This article analyzes and summarizes the tapping and chamfering process of this aluminum product,and proposes to use different special tools for different chamfering forms.
