摘 要:通过分析铝合金材料特性及其在压铸中的适用性,阐述了压铸工艺的基本原理和流程。重点从铝合金材料选择、压铸模具设计、工艺参数控制和后处理优化等方面,对铝合金支架零件压铸生产的关键工艺要点进行了系统研究。结果表明,优化铝合金材料成分和熔体质量,改进压铸模具的分型面设计、浇注系统布局和冷却水道参数,精确控制射速、射压、保压、温度等工艺参数,并采取合理的后处理措施,可显著提高铝合金支架零件的尺寸精度、表面质量和力学性能,实现压铸工艺的全面优化。The purpose of this paper is to explore the die-casting process of aluminum alloy bracket parts.By analyzing the material characteristics of aluminum alloy and its applicability in die-casting,the basic principles and processes of die-casting process are expounded.Focusing on the selection of aluminum alloy materials,die-casting die design,process parameter control and post-processing optimization,the key process points of die-casting production of aluminum alloy bracket parts were systematically studied.The results show that the dimensional accuracy,surface quality and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy bracket parts can be significantly improved by optimizing the material composition and melt quality of aluminum alloy,improving the parting surface design,gating system layout and cooling channel parameters of the die-casting die,accurately controlling the process parameters such as injection rate,injection pressure,holding pressure and temperature,and taking reasonable post-treatment measures,so as to realize the comprehensive optimization of the die-casting process.
