摘　　要：从在役压力容器的基本概述入手,介绍了影响在役压力容器工作效果的主要因素,分析了进行在役压力容器检验的意义,探讨了在役压力容器的常见失效模式。在此基础上,进一步提出了基于失效模式的在役压力容器检验策略,旨在切实提高在役压力容器的设备安全性,为工业产业以及居民生活质量和效率提升做出更多贡献。Starting from the basic overview of in-service pressure vessels,introduces the main factors that affect the working efficiency of in-service pressure vessels,analyzes the significance of conducting in-service pressure vessel inspections,explores common failure modes of in-service pressure vessels.On this basis,an in-service pressure vessel inspection strategy based on the failure mode is further proposed,aiming to effectively improve the equipment safety of in-service pressure vessels,make more contributions to the improvement of industrial industry,as well as the quality of life and efficiency of residents.
