摘  要:介绍了我国高速动车组转向架技术发展的历程,根据CRH1型动车组转向架静压载试验的具体要求,非常详细地分析了构架、轮径、弹簧组3个关键因素对转向架静压载试验的影响,并针对这些影响因素提出了具体调平措施。对于进一步提高静压载试验一次合格率具有较强的实际意义。The following introduces the development process of high-speed train bogie technology in China.Based on the specific requirements of the CRH1 type high-speed train bogie static pressure load test,the influence of three key factors:frame,wheel diameter,and spring group on the static pressure load test of the bogie is analyzed in detail,and specific leveling measures are proposed for these influencing factors.It has strong practical significance for further improving the first pass rate of static pressure load testing.
