摘　　要：以三菱FX3U PLC为控制核心,设计一种利用GX Works2编程软件实现对某智能温室大棚的合理的温度控制和实时监测数据的温度控制系统。采用MCGS组态模块实时监测数据,对现场产生的数据实时采集、及时处理、比较温度数据并进行报警。通过系统调试证实,此次研究所设计的温度控制系统能够快速、准确地对温棚内的温度水平进行调节,达到温度自动控制与调节的目的。Based on Mitsubishi FX3U PLC as the control core,a temperature control system is designed using GX Works2 programming software to achieve reasonable temperature control and real-time monitoring data for a certain intelligent greenhouse.Using MCGS configuration module to monitor data in real-time,collect,process,compare temperature data generated on site in a timely manner,and issue alarms.Through system debugging,it has been confirmed that the temperature control system designed in this study can quickly and accurately adjust the temperature level inside the greenhouse,achieving the goal of automatic temperature control and adjustment.
