摘 要:为深入研究锂辉石选矿工艺,改善我国锂矿战略资源受限的困境,对锂辉石浮选技术的研究进展进行了系统的总结和评述。首先概述了锂辉石的晶体结构以及影响锂辉石可浮性的因素;然后归纳了锂辉石脱泥和不脱泥浮选工艺的优缺点以及实际应用情况;最后重点介绍了锂辉石浮选药剂,包括捕收剂和调整剂的新进展及应用现状。指出了目前锂辉石浮选技术存在的问题,并表明在当前趋势下,基于矿物与药剂作用的构效关系研究,筛选和开发高效的浮选药剂是锂辉石浮选技术的主要发展方向之一。研究成果可为锂辉石浮选技术的实际应用和稳健发展提供参考和借鉴。In order to conduct in-depth research on spodumene flotation technology and improve the limited strategic resources of lithium mines in China,a systematic summary and evaluation of the research progress of spodumene flotation technology were conducted.Firstly,the crystal structure of spodumene and the factors affecting its floatability were summarized.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of lithium pyroxene desliming and non-desliming flotation processes were summarized,as well as their practical applications.Finally,the focus was on introducing the new progress and application status of spodumene flotation reagents,including collectors and adjusters.It pointed out the problems in the current technology of spodumene flotation,and indicated that under the current trend,screening and developing efficient flotation reagents based on the structure-activity relationship between minerals and reagents is one of the main development directions of spodumene flotation technology.The research result can provide a reference and inspiration for the practical application and stable development of spodumene flotation technology.
