基于中医治未病理论在肺系病症防治中的应用

摘　　要：目的肺系病症即西医呼吸系统疾病,是基层临床常见疾病,探索基层基于中医治未病理论开展肺系病症的预防、治疗、康复路径,以求降低患病率,提高治疗效果。方法通过梳理肺系病症的中医病因病机,总结湖北省阳新县人民医院基于中医治未病理论开展防治工作的实践经验。结果基于中医治未病理论在指导肺系病症的防治与康复中发挥着重要作用。在疾病预防中通过扶正御邪,调整人体的阴阳气血平衡,激发自身的免疫力的同时,帮助人体抵御病邪。在疾病治疗时不仅着眼于肺脏本身,更关注于疾病的传变过程,将人视为完整整体分析病因病机,提高诊治水平。在疾病康复阶段,通过指导自身调摄与中医适宜技术的应用,提高患者社区康复效果。结论基于中医治未病理论指导肺系病症具有可操作性,对疾病的防治起到了积极作用。Objective Pulmonary diseases,namely respiratory diseases in Western medicine,are common clinical diseases at the primary level.To explore the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation paths of pulmonary diseases at the primary level based on the doctrine of preventive treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to reduce the prevalence rate and improve the therapeutic effect.Methods Through sorting out the etiology and pathogenesis of pulmonary diseases,the practical experience of prevention and treatment in Yangxin County People's Hospital of Hubei Province was summarized.Results The doctrine of preventive treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in guiding the prevention and rehabilitation of pulmonary diseases.In the prevention of disease,by supporting the right to control the evil,adjust the balance of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood of the human body,stimulate their own immunity at the same time,help the human body to resist the evil.In the treatment of diseases,we not only focus on the lung itself,but also pay attention to the transmission process of the disease,and treat people as a complete overall analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.In the stage of disease rehabilitation,through the guidance of self-regulation and the application of traditional Chinese medicine suitable technology,improve the effect of patients'community rehabilitation.Conclusion It is feasible to guide the pulmonary diseases based on the doctrine of preventive treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine in China,which plays a positive role in the prevention and treatment of diseases.
