摘　　要：目前,高强度军事训练在各类型部队日常训练中已呈现常态化趋势,军事训练伤发生率也因此有所提高,严重损害了部队官兵的身心健康,已然成为了阻碍部队战斗力提升的关键因素之一。中医特色疗法作为军队卫勤保障的重要组成部分,在临床治疗各种军事训练伤上具有独特的优势,且凭借其安全有效、成本低廉、简便易学、灵活多变的特点广泛应用于军事训练伤的防治过程中,包括针刺、艾灸、针刀、中药外敷等等,通常以联合治疗的方式应用,能有效地缓解伤病员病痛。本文将就近年来军事训练伤的中医特色疗法相关文献根据不同军事训练伤部位以及不同训练伤分类进行系统综述以及分析,以期为广大基层卫生从业人员以及部队军医同行运用中医特色疗法治疗军事训练伤提供参考。At present,high-intensity military training has shown a normalized trend in the daily training of various types of troops.The incidence of military training injuries has also increased,seriously damaging the physical and mental health of military officers and soldiers.It has become one of the key factors hindering the improvement of the combat effectiveness of the troops.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)specialty therapy is an important component of military medical support that offers unique advantages in clinical treatment of various military training injuries.Due to the characteristics of safety,effectiveness,low cost,easy to learn,and flexibility,TCM therapy is widely used in the prevention and treatment of military training injuries,including acupuncture,moxibustion,needle knife,traditional Chinese medicine external application,etc.Usually applied in a combination therapy,TCM techniques effectively alleviate the pain of patients.Based on relevant literatures on TCM therapy for military training injuries in recent years,this systematic review analyzed different parts of military training injuries and different classifications of training injuries treated with TCM techniques,thus providing references for grassroots health practitioners and military medical colleagues using TCM specialty therapies to treat military training injuries.
