情感治理的场景实践与新型乡村共同体的构建——基于S市农村睦邻场景的类型化分析

摘　　要：情感是理解乡村共同体的关键词。在正视乡村差异性和多样性的基础上研究中国乡村治理场景中情感治理与新型乡村共同体之间的关系,有助于理解乡村振兴背景下新型乡村共同体的建构逻辑。结合“国家—社会”和“空间—行动者”的双重视角,可以从空间场景、主体结构性互动、关系生产对情感治理与乡村共同体的关系进行阐述,其中基于空间场景的情感资源是共同体构建的前提条件,基于主体结构性互动的情感运作是其动力来源,而情感再生产则是其价值基础。以S市农村老年人睦邻场景为切入点,按照空间形态和功能特征划分场景类型发现,不同场景中国家和政府与基层社会的情感互动过程体现出情感治理的空间依赖性,新型乡村共同体的构建离不开乡村空间场景的情感积淀、国家与社会嵌合的新型共同体结构、基于情感再生产的关系柔化和认同。为此,要充分发挥情感的工具和功能性意义,基于乡村资源特质为情感联结创设空间载体,依靠情感资源开发和累积行动为乡村共同体提供结构性参与条件,以情感再生产凝聚共同体意识,从而实现私人情感向公共精神的转化、国家权力渗透与乡村自我运作的双向促进。Emotion is an important keyword for understanding the construction of rural communities.On the basis of acknowledging the differences and diversity in rural areas,studying the relationship between emotional governance and the new rural community in the context of rural governance in China can help understand the construction logic of the new rural community under the strategy of rural revitalization.Combining the dual perspectives of“state-society”relations and“space-actors”,the relationship between the two can be elaborated from the perspectives of spatial scene(emotional resources),subject structural interaction(emotional operation),and relationship production(emotional reproduction and positive emotional accumulation).The emotional resources of spatial scene are the prerequisite for community construction,and the emotional operation achieved through subject structural interaction is its driving force,while emotional reproduction are institutional guarantees.Taking the neighborly point of elderly people in rural areas of city S as the starting point,scene types are divided according to spatial form and functional characteristics.The emotional interaction process between the state,government,and grassroots society in different scenes is analyzed,presenting the spatial dependence of emotional governance and the process of building a rural community based on“structural-interaction,emotional-reproduction and positive emotional accumulation,emotional-identification”.It is emphasized that the construction of a new rural community cannot be separated from the emotional precipitation based on the common field of rural areas,the new community structure of the integration of the state and society,the relationship softening,and identification based on emotional reproduction.It is proposed to fully utilize the tools and functional significance of emotions,create spatial carriers for emotional connections based on the characteristics of rural resources,provide structural participation conditions for rural commun
