摘　　要：介绍纪云西教授运用中医梦诊之法诊治老年不寐的临床经验。梦诊是对临床上望、闻、问、切四诊的补充和延伸,即通过全面细致地分析患者病梦的特征,如梦象所欲所求、五行属性、梦量等,结合中医学基本原理解释梦因,从而推测患者的心理状态和致病缘由,可辅助诊断老年不寐。阴梦多是老年不寐的特点,纪云西教授运用温阳法治疗老年不寐,收效较佳。This paper introduces Professor JI Yunxi's clinical experience in treating senile insomnia based on Chinese medicine diagnostic method of dreams.Diagnostic method of dreams is a supplement and extension of the clinical four examinations(inspection,listening and smelling,inquiry,pulse examination).Specifically,it is to speculate the patient's mental state and causes of disease by combining the basic principles of Chinese medicine with comprehensively and carefully analyzing the characteristics of the patient's dreams,such as what you want or desire in dreams,attributes of five phases,number of dreams and so on,which helps to diagnose senile insomnia.Yin dreams are the characteristics of senile insomnia,and Professor JI Yunxi uses the method of warming yang to it,which results in a significant effect.
