中国中小制造业企业数字化转型路径研究

摘　　要：本文以航天云网为案例研究对象,运用平台战略理论,探究了中国中小制造业企业数字化转型路径。研究表明:航天云网以“源技术”——通用平台操作系统(INDICS)为核心技术,构建生态系统为中小制造业企业数字化转型提供多元化服务。“云制造产业集群”是航天云网赋能中小制造业企业数字化转型的战略规划,当前在全国范围已构建7个区域性“云制造产业集群”。区域级云平台是落实“云制造产业集群”的主要途径,现阶段已建成22个区域级云平台,已接入工业设备共800794台。航天云网“云制造产业集群”通过多层次的上云路径为企业提供数字化转型服务,切实为“专精特新”企业的发展起到了积极作用。作为虚拟集聚的产业组织“云制造产业集群”,对企业实体环境变化的边际贡献有限,由此难以实现其以“虚拟”的开放性突破传统“块状经济”的相对封闭性、从而提高资源和要素的空间流动和配置效率这一战略目标。CASICloud is an industrial Internet platform sevice provider incubated by China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporation that provides a "one-stop" digital transformation solution for local small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises(SMEs). It is also a representative of promoting the digital transformation of Chinese SMEs. Taking CASICloud as the case study object, this paper explores the digital transformation path of China's small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises by using the platform strategy theory. The research shows that CASICloud builds an ecosystem to provide diversified services for the digital transformation of SMEs by taking the "source technology"-the general platform operating system Indics as the core. "Cloud Manufacturing Industry Cluster" is a strategic planning of CASICloud to empower SMEs to transform digitally. Currently, seven regional "cloud manufacturing industry clusters" have been established nationwide. The regional cloud platform has become one of the main approaches to promote the implementation of "cloud manufacturing industry clusters". At this stage, 22 regional cloud platforms have been built and a total of 800794 industrial equipments have been connected. "Cloud Manufacturing Industry Clusters" of CASICloud have been providing digital transformation services for small and medium-sized enterprises through multi-level cloud path, thus playing a very positive role in cultivating and developing "specialized, refined, differential and innovative" enterprises. As a virtual agglomeration industrial organization, the "cloud manufacturing industry clusters" have limited the marginal contributions to the changes concerning enterprise entity environment. And this makes it difficult to achieve the strategic goal of breaking through the relative closedness of the traditional "block economies" with "virtual" openness, thereby improving the spatial flow and allocation efficiency of resources and factors.
