摘 要:新一代低温室效应工质的可燃性是限制其进一步推广应用重要因素,开展有限空间内可燃性工质泄漏燃爆及沉积特性研究至关重要。基于有限空间内工质泄漏燃爆特点,构建了冷冻箱的三维有限空间内工质泄漏模型,围绕工质泄漏扩散过程开展了数值模拟研究,探讨了泄漏方向、泄漏孔径及风机转速对冷冻箱内工质泄漏扩散过程的浓度变化,并就不同因素的R290和R600a工质泄漏特性进行了对比。研究表明:气体密度对工质泄漏及沉积特性的影响较大,R290相比R600a具有更大燃爆风险:较小孔径的工质泄漏将增加有限空间内工质的燃爆风险:较小密度的工质发生泄漏后,风机运转将明显降低有限空间的燃爆风险。Flammability of the new generation low global warming potential(GWP)refrigerant is a prominent factor limiting their further promotion and application.Therefore,it is crucial to study on the leakage,explosion,and deposition(LED)characteristics of fammable refrigerant in the limited spaces.Based on the characteristics of refrigerant leakage and explosion in the limited space,a three-dimensional refrigerant leakage in the limited space model is constructed using the refrigerator in this paper,and the refrigerant leakage and diffusion process is studied by the numerical simulation method.The effects of leakage direction,leakage hole size,and fan on refrigerant R600a and R290 LED characteristics are investigated and compared.Results show that the density has a significant impact on the refrigerant LED characteristics,and R290 has a greater combustion and explosion risk(CER)compared to R60a;The smaller leakage hole size could increase the refrigerant CER in a limited space;After the leakage of refrigerant with lower-density,the fan would significantly reduce the refrigerant CER in the limited space.
