摘 要:为解决相变材料易泄漏和力学性能差的问题,以聚乳酸(PLA)为基底,聚乙二醇(PEG)为相变工质,制备PEG/PLA相变薄膜。对其热性能和力学性能进行测试,结果表明,PLA作为支撑基底有效防止了PEG液体的泄漏。PEG/PLA配比为180/100时,相对焓效率最高,达到103.87%,其熔融和凝固过程中的潜热分别为128.5J·g^(-1)和120.2J·g^(-1)。随着PEG比例的增加,薄膜的杨氏模量逐渐减小,PEG/PLA配比为180/100时,杨氏模量为152.2MPa,比纯PLA降低了73.2%,薄膜的柔韧性得到提升。To solve the problems of easy leakage and poor mechanical properties of phase change materials,this paper prepared PEG/PLA phase change flms with poly(lactic acid)(PLA)as the substrate and poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)as the phase change agent.The thermal and mechanical properties were tested,and the results showed that PLA as a supporting substrate effectively prevented the leakage of PEG liquid.the highest relative enthalpy efficiency of 103.87%was achieved at the PEG/PLA ratio of 180/100,and the latent heats of melting and solidification were 128.5J·g^(-1)and 120.2 J·g^(-1),respectively.with the increase of PEG ratio,the film Young's modulus gradually decreased with the increase of PEG ratio,and the Young's modulus was 152.2 MPa at the PEG/PLA ratio of 180/100,which was 73.2%lower than that of pure PLA,and the fexibility of the film was improved.
