马王堆医书研究现状可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探索马王堆出土简帛医书(以下简称“马王堆医书”)研究领域的研究热点及趋势,为后续进一步研究提供参考。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)1975年1月1日-2022年5月1日收录的马王堆医书研究相关文献,采用Python3.8分析年发文量,使用CiteSpace6.1.R2软件绘制作者、机构、关键词共现网络、关键词聚类网络及关键词突现分析图谱。结果共纳入文献1208篇,年发文量总体呈上升趋势;发文量最多的作者是周一谋,作者合作共现中介中心性最高的作者是何清湖;发文量及中介中心性最高的研究机构为湖南中医药大学;核心关键词有“五十二病方”“导引图”“养生方”等,关键词聚类为15类,突现关键词共15个。结论该领域研究作者间、机构间合作均有待加强;马王堆医书史学研究、《五十二病方》药物与剂型的临床试验、药膳食疗方法及经络学说的历史演变进程是本阶段的研究热点。Objective To explore the research hotspots and trend of medical literature unearthed from the Mawangdui Han tombs(hereinafter referred to as“Mawangdui medical literature”);To provide a reference for further research.Methods Relevant literature about the research of Mawangdui medical literature was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBM from 1st Jan.1975 to 1st May 2022.Python3.8 was used to analyze annual publication volume.CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used to draw author,institution,keyword co-occurrence network,keyword clustering network,and keyword emergence analysis graph.Results Totally 1208 articles were included,and the annual number of articles issued showed an overall upward trend;the author with the highest number of publications was Zhou Yimou,and the author with the highest intermediary centrality in co-authorship was He Qinghu;Hunan University of Chinese Medicine had the highest number of articles and centrality;core keywords included“Wu Shi Er Bing Fang”,“Daoyin map”,“health prescriptions”,etc.,which generated 15 cluster labels and 15 emergent words.Conclusion Collaboration between authors and institutions in this field of research needs to be strengthened.The research on the medical history of Mawangdui,the clinical trials of drugs and dosage forms in Wu Shi Er Bing Fang,the historical evolution of tonic diet dietotherapy methods and the meridian theory are the research focuses at this stage.
