中医药领域艾滋病免疫功能重建研究文献可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探究中医药领域艾滋病免疫功能重建的研究现状和热点,为该领域进一步研究提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库、中国学术期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase建库至2022年9月19日中医药领域艾滋病免疫功能重建相关文献,采用Excel2019、VOSviewer1.6.18和CiteSpace6.1.R6软件可视化分析年发文量、期刊、作者、机构和关键词。结果共纳入文献1367篇,其中,中文文献1220篇、英文文献147篇。年发文量呈波动上升趋势,中、英文文献载文量最高的期刊分别为《云南中医中药杂志》、Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,发文量最高的作者为徐立然、Wang Jian,中文文献发文量最高的研究机构为河南中医药大学、中国中医科学院。中文文献高频关键词有“艾滋病”“人类免疫缺陷病毒”“高效抗反转录病毒疗法”“中医药”“CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞”等,英文文献高频关键词有“acquired immunodeficiency syndrome”“hiv”“traditional Chinese medicine”“Chinese herbal medicine”“anti-hiv”等。关键词聚类分析生成中、英文文献各10个聚类标签。关键词突现分析得到中、英文文献各25个突现词。结论该领域在中药药理作用、作用机制、临床研究疗效评价、相关性疾病等方面研究热度较高且持续较久,肠道菌群、细胞凋亡等是新兴研究热点。Objective To explore the research status and hotspots of AIDS immune function reconstruction in the field of TCM;To provide reference for further research in this field.Methods The research literature about AIDS immune function reconstruction in the field of TCM was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase from the establishment of the databases to 19th,Sep.2022.Excel 2019,VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 were used for visualization analysis on the number of papers,published journals,authors,research institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 1367 articles were included,including 1220 Chinese articles and 147 English articles.The annual number of articles presented a fluctuation upward trend.Yunnan Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Materia Medica and Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the journals that published the most Chinese and English articles respectively.Xu Liran and Wang Jian were the authors who published the most Chinese and English articles respectively.Henan University of Chinese Medicine and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were the research institutions that published the most Chinese articles respectively.The high-frequency keywords in Chinese articles included"acquired immunodeficiency syndrome","human immunodeficiency virus","highly active antiretroviral therapy","TCM","CD4^(+)T lymphocytes",etc.The high-frequency keywords in English articles included"acquired immunodeficiency syndrome","HIV","traditional Chinese medicine","Chinese herbal medicine","anti-HIV",etc.Keyword cluster analysis generated 10 cluster labels in Chinese and English articles.Keyword emergence analysis yielded 25 burst words in Chinese and English articles.Conclusion The research in this field has been popular and long-lasting in the aspects of TCM pharmacological effects,mechanism,efficacy evaluation of clinical research,and related diseases,while intestinal flora and apoptosis are emerging research hotspots.
