麒麟丸联合常规西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价麒麟丸联合常规西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library建库至2023年2月15日麒麟丸联合常规西药治疗PCOS的临床随机对照试验(RCT),采用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具进行质量评估,采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入RCT 18项,涉及患者1922例。Meta分析结果显示,麒麟丸联合常规西药治疗PCOS在总有效率[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.13,1.25),P<0.00001]、提高排卵率[RR=1.38,95%CI(1.31,1.46),P<0.00001]、提高妊娠率[RR=1.81,95%CI(1.59,2.06),P<0.00001]、增加子宫内膜厚度[MD=2.00,95%CI(1.58,2.42),P<0.00001]、改善血清激素(血清促卵泡激素、黄体生成素、雄激素、雌二醇)水平(P<0.05)方面均显著优于单纯西药治疗,差异有统计学意义。结论基于目前证据,麒麟丸联合常规西药治疗PCOS疗效显著,确切结论仍需大样本、高质量RCT研究验证。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qilin Pills combined with Western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Qilin Pills combined with Western medicine in the treatment of PCOS were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,CBM,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library from the establishment of databases to February 15th,2023.The quality of the literature was evaluated by Cochrane bias risk assessment tool,and the Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 18 RCTs met the inclusion criteria,includin g 1922 patients.The results showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group in total effective rate[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.13,1.25),P<0.00001],the ovulation rate[RR=1.38,95%CI(1.31,1.46),P<0.00001],the pre gnancy rate[RR=1.81,95%CI(1.59,2.06),P<0.00001],the endometrial thickness[MD=2.00,95%CI(1.58,2.42),P<0.00001],and sex hormone levels(serum follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,androgen,estradiol)(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Qilin Pills combined with Western medicine has a significant clinical effect on PCOS.Based on current evidence,the combination of Qilin Pills and conventional Western medicine has a significant therapeutic effect on PCOS.The exact conclusion still needs to be verified through large-scale,high-quality RCTs.
