摘 要:目的基于CiteSpace软件对国内外黄芪多糖相关研究的文献进行分析,探究黄芪多糖研究领域相关热点及发展趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)及Web of Science 2012年1月1日-2022年12月31日收录的有关黄芪多糖研究相关文献,运用CiteSpace6.1.R6软件,对文献年度发文量、作者、机构、国家、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词突现等内容进行分析。结果共纳入文献1782篇,其中中文文献1284篇、英文文献498篇。中文文献发文量趋于平稳,英文文献发文量呈上升趋势;中、英文文献发文量最多的作者分别是刘永琦和Yang Xiaojun,并以各自为中心形成了紧密的研究团队;黄芪多糖中、英文文献发文量前10位的机构均为国内机构,甘肃中医药大学和Nanjing Agr Univ Coll Vet Med分别是中、英文发文最多的机构,机构间未形成较紧密的合作关系;中国是英文文献发文量最多的国家,与较多国家存在合作关系;关键词分析显示黄芪多糖的研究主要集中在免疫调节、抗氧化、细胞凋亡及调节肠道微环境等方面。结论本研究揭示了黄芪多糖的研究热点及趋势,有关黄芪多糖的抗肿瘤、抗氧化及调节肠道微生物菌群及其具体机制的研究或将受到更多学者的关注。Objective To analyze related research literature of astragalus polysaccharide at home and abroad based on CiteSpace;To explore the research hotspots and development trend of astragalus polysaccharide.Methods Related research literature of astragalus polysaccharide was retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science from 1st,Jan.2012 to 31st,Dec.2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to analyze the annual publication volume,authors,institutions,countries,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,and keyword emergence of literature.Results A total of 1782 articles were included,including 1284 Chinese articles and 498 English articles.The publication volume of Chinese literature tended to stabilize,while the publication volume of English literature showed an upward trend;the authors with the highest number of publications in both Chinese and English were Liu Yongqi and Yang Xiaojun,who have formed close research teams centered around each other;the top 10 institutions with the highest number of publications in both Chinese and English for astragalus polysaccharides were domestic institutions.Gansu University of Chinese Medicine and Nanjing Agr Univ Coll Vet Med had the highest number of publications in both Chinese and English,respectively,and there was no close cooperation between these institutions;China had the highest volume of English literature publications and has established cooperative relationships with many countries;keyword analysis showed that the research of astragalus polysaccharides mainly focused on immune regulation,anti-oxidation,apoptosis and regulation of intestinal microenvironment.Conclusion This study reveals the research hotspots and trends of astragalus polysaccharides,and research on the anti-tumor,antioxidant,and regulation of intestinal microbiota and their specific mechanisms of astragalus polysaccharides may receive more attention from scholars.
