泽泻汤联合二陈汤以喷雾形式治疗晕动病的短期效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析泽泻汤联合二陈汤以喷雾形式治疗晕动病的短期效果。方法:筛选75例晕动病确诊患者,随机均分为泽泻汤组、二陈汤组、联合组。乘车前30 min连续喷雾2次,单次时间间隔1 min。治疗结束后评价3组患者的临床疗效、中医症候评分、眩晕障碍评分、血液流变学指标、生活质量评分等指标。结果:三组患者治疗后中医症候积分、眩晕障碍量表评分、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度显著低于治疗前(p<0.05);治疗后比较,联合组中医证候积分(2.30±0.46分)、眩晕障碍量表评分(26.71±3.56分)、全血高切黏度(3.23±0.17 mPa·s)、全血低切黏度(4.28±0.89 mPa·s)显著低于泽泻汤组(7.71±1.65分、33.63±4.20分、5.12±0.30 mPa·s、7.25±1.13 mPa·s)和二陈汤组(7.64±1.52分、34.50±4.01分、5.24±0.26 mPa·s、7.20±1.45 mPa·s);三组患者治疗后生理机能评分、心理评分、精神状况评分显著高于治疗前(p<0.05);治疗后比较,联合组生理机能评分(73.45±6.21分)、心理评分评分(87.03±5.55分)、精神状况评分(79.52±3.24分)显著高于泽泻汤组(64.73±5.13分、78.30±3.59分、68.98±8.33分)和二陈汤组(66.92±8.80分、79.46±4.50分、70.25±9.59分)(p<0.05);联合组临床有效率(88.00%)高于泽泻汤组(68.00%)和二陈汤组(72.00%)患者(p<0.05)。结论:泽泻汤合二陈汤治疗晕动症临床疗效确切,有效改善眩晕症状,降低血液黏稠度,改善脑循环,值得推广使用。Objective:The short-term effect of Zexie Decoction combined with Erchen Decoction in the treatment of motion sickness is analyzed.Methods:75 patients diagnosed with motion sickness are screened and randomly divided into 3 groups on average,Zexie Decoction group,Erchen Decoction group and combined group.30 min before the ride,spray twice continuously,with a single time interval of 1 min.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,vertigo disorder score,hemorheology index and quality of life score of the 3 groups are evaluated.Results:TCM syndrome score,vertigo disorder scale score,whole blood high tangential viscosity and whole blood low tangential viscosity after treatment are significantly lower than before treatment(p<0.05).Post-treatment comparison,TCM syndrome score(2.30±0.46 points),dizziness disorder scale score(26.71±3.56 points),whole blood high tangency viscosity(3.23±0.17 mPa·s)and whole blood low tangency viscosity(4.28±0.89 mPa·s)in combined group are significantly lower than those in Zexie Decoction group(7.71±1.65 points,33.63±4.20 points,5.12±0.30 mPa·s,7.25±1.13 mPa·s)and Erchen Decoction group(7.64±1.52 points,34.50±4.01 points,5.24±0.26 mPa·s,7.20±1.45 mPa·s);the physiological function score,psychological score and mental status score of the three groups are significantly higher than those before treatment(p<0.05);post-treatment comparison,the physiological function score(73.45±6.21 points),psychological score(87.03±5.55 points)and mental status score(79.52±3.24 points)in combined group are significantly higher than those in Zexie Decoction group(64.73±5.13 points,78.30±3.59 points,68.98±8.33 points)and Erchen Decoction group(66.92±8.80 points,79.46±4.50 points,70.25±9.59 points)(p<0.05);the clinical effective rate of combined group(88.00%)is higher than that of Zexie Decoction group(68.00%)and Erchen Decoction group(72.00%)(p<0.05).Conclusion:Zecxie Decoction combined with Erchen Decoction has definite clinical efficacy in treating motion sickness,effectiv
