摘  要:乙酰化是一种在癌症中发生较为常见的表观遗传修饰,在RNA和蛋白质上都存在,这种修饰在转录水平和蛋白水平均可发挥重要功能。已知高度保守的RNA修饰N4-乙酰基胞苷(ac4C)作为RNA的转录后化学修饰,有助于在翻译过程中正确阅读特定的核苷酸序列,稳定mRNA,提高转录效率。而蛋白质乙酰化是一种可逆的翻译后修饰(PTM),调节重要的细胞过程,如增殖、DNA损伤修复和细胞周期进展。当修饰平衡被打破时,这些过程就会受到影响,并可能导致癌症的发生。近些年,多项研究发现乙酰化修饰在结直肠癌的发生发展中起着关键的调控作用。因此,对乙酰化修饰在结直肠癌中发挥的作用进行探讨有助于深入了解癌症的发病机制,并为癌症治疗提供新的靶点和策略。本文将对乙酰化修饰已有研究以及结直肠癌中乙酰化修饰的相关研究进行综述。Acetylation is a common epigenetic modification in cancer,which exists in both RNA and protein.This modification plays an important role at both transcriptional and protein levels.It is known that the highly conserved RNA modification,N4-acetylcytidine(ac4C),as a post-transcriptional chemical modification of RNA,stabilizes mRNA,enhances transcriptional efficiency during translation,and aids in the accurate reading of particular nucleotide sequences.Protein acetylation is a reversible post-translational modification(PTM)that regulates important cellular processes such as proliferation,DNA damage repair and cell cycle progression.These processes are impacted and have the potential to cause cancer when the modification balance is disrupted.In recent years,many studies have found that acetylation modification plays a key regulatory role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.Therefore,the study of the role of acetylation modification in colorectal cancer is helpful to understand the pathogenesis of cancer and provide new targets and strategies for cancer treatment.This article will review the previous studies on acetylation modification and the related studies on acetylation modification in colorectal cancer.
