摘 要:以汉麻叶和氟化铵为原料,利用微波醇溶剂热法制备碳量子点(CQDs),然后通过搅拌旋蒸将CQDs负载到三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸的复合物前驱体上,烘干后再利用煅烧法制备了g-C_(3)N_(4)/CQDs复合物光催化剂,对其结构、组成和形貌表征分析后,通过降解亚甲基蓝(MB)评价其光催化性能.结果表明,引入CQDs致使g-C_(3)N_(4)/CQDs呈现管状形貌,且具有更高的可见光响应能力.与空白g-C_(3)N_(4)相比,g-C_(3)N_(4)/CQDs复合物表现出更高的光催化降解能力,在可见光照射下,120 min对MB的降解效率达到80.8%,而空白g-C_(3)N_(4)仅为31.9%,提高了1.53倍.机理分析表明,光催化性能的提高主要归咎于催化剂改善的形貌结构,提高的可见光响应和碳量子点加速了光电荷迁移速率.Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)was synthesized using hemp leaves and ammonium fluoride as feedstocks through microwave alcohol solvothermal method.Then,the above CQDs was loaded onto the complex precursor of melamine and cyanic acid by consecutively stirring and spinning evaporation.After drying,g-C_(3)N_(4)/CQDs composite photocatalyst was prepared by one-step calcination methodology.After analyses on its structure,composition and morphology,the photocatalytic property was assessed by degrading the methylene blue(MB).The results show that g-C_(3)N_(4)/CQDs presents a tubular morphology and has a higher visible light response ability.Compared with the blank g-C_(3)N_(4),the g-C_(3)N_(4)/CQDs complex showed a higher photocatalytic degradation ability with a degradation efficiency toward MB up to 80.8%under UV-vis light irradiation with xenon lamp for 120 min,while the blank g-C_(3)N_(4)was only 31.9%,confirming an increase of 1.53 times.The mechanism analysis elucidates that the improvement of photocatalytic performance is mainly attributed to the improved morphology and structure of the catalyst,the improved visible light response together with the accelerated photo-generated charges migration rate of CQDs.
