摘  要:开展了金沙鲈鲤鱼苗对高浓度硫酸铜急性毒性耐受性试验。当硫酸铜浓度为7.143,10.715和14.286 mg/L时,观察了不充氧气和充氧气条件下鱼苗中毒死亡情况,并在充氧气条件下进行了恢复试验。结果表明,在硫酸铜浓度为7.143,10.715和14.286 mg/L时,不充氧气和充氧气条件下,鱼苗开始出现中毒现象时间分别为4.75,4.25和3.00 h以及6.00,5.75和4.25 h;开始死亡时间分别为5.00,4.50和4.00 h以及8.50,6.00和4.50 h。金沙鲈鲤鱼苗在充氧气条件下对高浓度硫酸铜毒性耐受性明显更强。在充氧气条件下,金沙鲈鲤鱼苗在硫酸铜浓度为14.286 mg/L时,3.00 h无中毒迹象,但3~4 h内捞取的鱼苗,在3 d恢复期内有不同比例死亡;而在硫酸铜浓度为7.143和10.715 mg/L时,3~4 h内捞出的鱼苗,3 d内恢复良好。建议在充氧气和水温<15.0℃的条件下,养殖生产中使用≤10.715 mg/L的硫酸铜,对全长超过8.5 cm的金沙鲈鲤鱼苗进行低于4 h的药浴,可达到疾病防治的效果。The test was carried out to study the acute toxicity of Percocypris pingi fry to high concentration copper sulfate.Under the conditions of non-oxygenating and oxygenating,the poisoning death of the fry which were placed in copper sulfate solution of 7.143,10.715,14.286 mg/L,were observed.And the recovery test was carried out under the condition of oxygenating.The results showed that the fry begun appearing the sign of being poisoned were 4.75,4.25,3.00 h and 6.00,5.75,4.25 h under the two conditions.Under the two conditions,the initial death timings of fry were 5.00,4.50,4.00 h and 8.50,6.00,4.50 h.According to those,oxygenating made the fry had higher tolerance to high concentration of copper sulfate.Under the condition of oxygenating,the fry had no different by soaking 3 hours in the copper sulfate solution of 14.286 mg/L.But some of the fry picked from soaking 3-4 hours,died at fresh water during the next 3 days.On the contrary,the fry picked from soaking3-4 hours in copper sulfate solution of 7.143 and 10.715 mg/L,recovered well at fresh water during the next 3 days.In summary,to achieve the effect of disease prevention,under the conditions of oxygenating and water temperature lower than 15.0 ℃,the copper sulfate solution whose concentration was lower than 10.715 mg/L was suggested to soak the P.pingi fry whose total body length were longer than 8.5 cm,and the soaking time should be controlled within 4 hours.
