经阴道三维超声omniview(自由解剖)成像在子宫畸形诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析经阴道三维超声omniview(自由解剖)成像诊断子宫畸形的效能。方法:选取2019年12月至2021年12月该院诊治的经宫(腹腔镜)检查证实的66例子宫畸形患者,对所有患者施行经阴道三维超声检查,采用omniview成像检查患者宫颈管、子宫外形、宫腔形态,“金标准”为宫(腹腔镜)检查,分析经阴道三维超声omniview成像的诊断效能。结果:66例子宫畸形患者,宫(腹腔镜)检查共检查出单角、不完全纵隔、完全纵隔、双角、弓形及双子宫各11例、20例、12例、4例、5例、14例;经阴道三维超声omniview成像检查诊断符合率96.97%,其中有双子宫1例误诊为完全纵隔子宫,完全纵隔子宫1例误诊为双角子宫。结论:经阴道三维超声omniview成像在子宫畸形的诊断中应用效果显著,可为子宫畸形的诊断提供更多参考信息,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得临床大力推行。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound omniview(free dissection)imaging in the diagnosis of uterine malformation.Methods:selected in December 2019-December 2021,the hospital diagnosis and treatment of the uterine(laparoscopic)examination confirmed 66 cases of uterine malformation,for all patients transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination,using omniview imaging patients cervical tube,uterine shape,uterine cavity morphology,uterine(laparoscopic)examination as the"gold standard",analyze the effectiveness of transvaginal 3 d ultrasound omniview imaging in the diagnosis of uterine malformation.Results:In 66 patients with uterine malformation,11 cases,20 incomplete mediastinal uterus,12,14 double uterus,4 biangulated uterus,and 5 arch uterus were detected;96.97%(64/96),including one double uterus and one complete mediastinal uterus were misdiagnosed as biangulated uterus.Conclusion:Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound omniview imaging has a remarkable application effect in the diagnosis of uterine malformation,which can provide more reference information for the diagnosis of uterine malformation,and has a high clinical application value.
