阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中,阴道彩色多普勒超声的应用价值。方法:取2019年1月—2023年12月,医院接收的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者60例。入选者均接受腹部和阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,对其结果予以分析、对比。结果:阴道超声检出率较腹部超声高(P<0.05);阴道超声图像优良率优于腹部超声(P<0.05);巧克力囊肿、单纯性囊肿和黄体囊肿的诊断中,阴道超声准确率较腹部超声高(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中,阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的准确率高,且图像清晰,利于疾病诊断和治疗。Objective:To investigate the application value of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2023,60 cases of torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle received by the hospital were selected.The results of abdominal and vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography were analyzed and compared.Results:The detection rate of vaginal ultrasound was higher than that of abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of vaginal ultrasonography was better than that of abdominal ultrasonography(P<0.05).In the diagnosis of chocolate cyst,simple cyst and luteal cyst,the accuracy of vaginal ultrasound was higher than that of abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:In torsion of ovarian cyst pedicle,vaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis accuracy is high,and the image is clear,which is beneficial to diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
