摘  要:植物的生长发育与内源生长素的调节密切相关,PIN作为生长素输出载体在生长素的极性运输中起关键作用,调节不同组织的生长发育。本研究基于紫苏全基因组数据鉴定PfPIN基因家族,并进行了生物信息学分析。结果表明:PfPIN基因家族共有15个成员,分布在8个染色体上,可划分为6个不同的分支,PfPIN蛋白长度在350~653 aa之间,分子量在38.10~70.71 kDa之间,等电点在7.18~9.58之间,内含子数量为3~6个,均定位在细胞膜上且具有典型的跨膜结构。启动子顺式作用元件中包括与光、激素、胁迫响应等相关顺式作用元件,其中,光、植物激素响应元件最为常见。本研究将为紫苏生长素相关研究提供方向,为后续紫苏PfPIN基因功能研究奠定基础。The regulation of endogenous auxin closely influences the growth and development of plants.The PIN genes,a family of auxin efflux carrier genes,play a crucial role in the polar transport of auxin,which in turn regulates the growth and development of different tissues.Based on whole genome data of Perilla,this study identified the PfPIN gene family and conducted bioinformatics analysis.The results indicated that there were 15 members in the PfPIN gene family,which were spread across 8 chromosomes and categorized into 6 distinct branches.The PfPIN protein can vary in length from 350 to 653 aa,with molecular weights ranging from 38.10 to 70.71 kDa.Additionally,its isoelectric points can range from 7.18 to 9.58,and the number of introns can vary from 3 to 6.All PfPIN proteins were situated on the cell membrane and exhibit typical transmembrane structures.The cis-acting elements of the promoter were associated with light,hormone,stress response,and other factors.Light and plant hormone response elements were the most common among them.This study will offer guidance for further research on auxin-related factors in Perilla and establish the groundwork for future investigations into the function of the PfPIN gene in Perilla.
