摘　　要：老年血液透析患者跌倒发生率较高,伴随跌倒恐惧心理也呈现较高水平。跌倒恐惧可造成身心损害和生活质量降低,是老年患者发生死亡的一项重要危险因素。本文对老年血液透析患者跌倒恐惧的概述、对患者的影响、发生现状、影响因素及干预措施进行综述,以期为制订针对老年血液透析患者跌倒恐惧有效干预策略提供科学依据。The incidence of falls,as well as the consequent fear of falling among aged hemodialysis patients,is notably high.Such fear contributes to both psychosomatic damage and a diminished quality of life,constituting a significant risk factor for mortality in this demographic.This article comprehensively reviews the overview of fear of falling in aged hemodialysis patients,its effects on these individuals,the current prevalence,influencing factors,and intervention measures.It aims to provide a scientific foundation for formulating effective strategies to counteract the fear of falling in aged hemodialysis patients.
