摘  要:为了研究UHPC芯柱板在模块建筑结构中的受力性能,设计并制作了一块足尺UHPC芯柱板,对其进行两边简支的受弯性能试验,获取UHPC芯柱板的承载能力、挠度、裂缝、破坏形态以及截面应变等。试验结果表明:UHPC芯柱板在四点弯曲加载试验中的荷载-位移曲线可对应试件受力分为弹性、弹塑性、屈服三阶段;UHPC芯柱板主要破坏模式为弯曲破坏,在弹性阶段,受弯截面符合平截面假定。基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件对UHPC芯柱板受力性能进行数值模拟与参数分析可知,提升UHPC的抗拉强度与受拉纵筋配筋率可以增大板的承载力,两者与板承载力均呈线性增长;当上下面板厚度相同时,构件刚度与承载力会大幅提升,板厚度与承载力呈线性增长;芯柱及肋宽对UHPC芯柱板承载力的影响有限;随着跨高比增大,板整体刚度与承载力会大幅降低,跨高比对受弯承载力影响较小。In order to study the mechanical performance of UHPC core column plate in modular building structure,a full-size UHPC core column plate was designed and made,and the flexural performance test of both sides of the simple support was carried out to obtain the load-bearing capacity,deflection,cracks,failure pattern and cross-sectional strain of UHPC core column plate.The test results show that the load-displacement curve of the UHPC core column plate in the four-point bending loading test can be divided into three stages:elastic stage,elastoplastic stage,and yielding stage;the main failure pattern of the UHPC core column plate is bending failure.In the elastic stage,the bending section comply with the plane section assumption.Based on the numerical simulation and parameter analysis of the UHPC core column plate conducted by ABAQUS,it can be seen that Increasing the tensile strength of UHPC and the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement can increase the bearing capacity of the plate,and both of them have a linear increase relationship with the ultimate bearing capacity of the plate.When the thickness of the upper and lower panels is the same,the stiffness and bearing capacity of the member will increase greatly,and the thickness of the plate and the bearing capacity will increase linearly.The influence of core column and rib width on the bearing capacity of UHPC core column is limited.With the increase of span height ratio,the overall stiffness and bearing capacity of the plate will be greatly reduced,and the influence of span height ratio on bending bearing capacity is small.
