摘 要:前交叉韧带(ACL)对维持膝关节稳定性和控制运动至关重要。随着体育运动的普及和人们对高强度运动的追求,ACL损伤发生率逐年上升。自体腘绳肌腱移植重建ACL术是主要治疗方法,但其结果取决于腱-骨愈合。在影响因素中,力学因素是腱-骨愈合的关键因素。因此本文综合研读了ACL重建后腱-骨愈合方面的研究文献,总结了力学因素对愈合过程的影响及各种促进愈合的策略,以期为该领域的研究及治疗提供参考。The anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)plays a pivotal role in maintaining knee joint stability and controlling movement.Consequently,with increasing popularity of sports and constant pursuit of high-intensity exercises,the incidence of ACL injury has been on the rise year by year.Autologous hamstring tendon graft reconstruction is the cornerstone in the surgical treatment of the injury,but its success hinges on tendon-bone healing.Among the influencing factors,mechanical ones are the crucial determinants in the tendon-bone healing.This review is a comprehensive analysis of relevant research literature to elucidate the impact of mechanical factors on the healing process and to evaluate various strategies to promote tendon-bone healing after ACLR.Our analyses aim to provide insights for future research and clinical practice.
