脊柱骨折患者采用后路微创手术内固定治疗的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱骨折患者采用后路微创手术内固定治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取2019年1月—2023年12月邹城市人民医院接诊的脊柱骨折患者140例作为研究对象,经简单抽签法将患者分为对照组(70例,传统开放手术)和研究组(70例,经皮椎弓根螺钉后路内固定术),对比两组的治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率为98.57%,优于对照组的88.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.275,P<0.05)。两组的骨折愈合时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的手术用时、术中出血量以及住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后,研究组腰椎功能障碍评分以及疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后,研究组伤椎前高压缩比以及Cobb角优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论经皮椎弓根螺钉后路内固定术治疗脊柱骨折的效果较为明显,可以促使患者的疼痛感降低,改善患者的伤椎前高压缩比以及Cobb角。Objective To explore the clinical effect of posterior minimally invasive surgical internal fixation treatment for spinal fracture patients.Methods A toal of 140 cases of spinal fracture patients treated by Zoucheng People's Hospital were randomly selected as the study objects,and the time of the study began from January 2019 to December 2023,and the patients were grouped by the simple lottery method;the control group(70 cases,traditional open surgery)and the study group(70 cases,posterior internal fixation with percutaneous pedicle screw),and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.57% superior to 88.57% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.275,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in comparison of fracture healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).The surgical time,intraoperative bleeding,and hospitalization time of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Postoperatively,the lumbar spine dysfunction score as well as the pain score of the study group were lower than thsoe of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After surgery,the anterior high compression ratio of the injured vertebrae and the Cobb angle of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Posterior internal fixation with percutaneous pedicle screws is effective in treating spinal fractures,which can reduce pain and improve the anterior compression ratio and Cobb angle of the injured vertebrae.
