摘 要:目的研究支原体感染性肺炎(Mycoplasma Pneumonia,MP)患儿予以阿奇霉素与甲强龙共治的临床效果。方法简单随机选取2021年5月—2024年1月经周宁县医院收诊的MP患儿60例作为研究对象,结合随机数表法予研究分组设计,对照组30例单独接受阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组30例接受阿奇霉素及甲强龙共治,对比两组的方案疗效、症状控制时间、不同治疗阶段的血氧饱和度(Blood Oxygen Saturation,SpO_(2))以及方案安全情况。结果观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030)。观察组患儿MP症状(发热、咳嗽及肺部啰音)控制时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后第3、7天,观察组患儿的SpO_(2)监测值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组出现药物不良反应的患儿总占比较相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对MP患儿予以阿奇霉素及甲强龙共治,方案疗效确切,可加快肺炎症状缓解,提高患儿的血氧饱和度,且不增加药物不良反应发生。Objective To study the clinical effects of azithromycin and methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with infectious mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).Methods A total of 60 cases of children with MP admitted to Zhouning County Hospital from May 2021 to January 2024 were randomly selected as study objects,and the study group design was combined with the randomized table method.30 cases in the control group received azithromycin sequential treatment alone,and 30 cases in the observation group received azithromycin and methylprednisolone co-treatment.The two groups were compared in terms of program efficacy,symptom control time,blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))and program safety in different treatment stages.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705,P=0.030).The control time of MP symptoms(fever,cough and lung rales)of children in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SpO_(2) monitoring values of children in the observation group were higher than those of the control group in the 3rd and 7th day after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total percentage of children with adverse drug reactions was similar in both groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The co-medication of azithromycin and methylprednisolone for children with MP has a precise efficacy,which can accelerate the relief of pneumonia symptoms,improve the blood oxygen saturation of the children,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
