中医综合治疗老年性桡骨远端骨折对其关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中医综合治疗老年性桡骨远端骨折对其关节功能的影响。方法随机选取贵州省毕节市中医医院于2017年6月—2023年6月收治的60例老年性桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机信封法分为参照组(n=30,单纯应用手法复位)和观察组(n=30,在参照组基础上加入中药汤剂口服、中药熏蒸等中医综合治疗措施),比较不同治疗方式对患者关节功能、临床治疗效果、并发症发生率的影响。结果观察组治疗90 d后腕关节功能评分为(103.12±12.13)分,高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.411,P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率(96.67%)、并发症发生率(10.00%)均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043、4.812,P均<0.05)。结论治疗老年性桡骨远端骨折患者选择中医综合治疗,腕关节功能及临床疗效均有所提高,可降低对于患者机体存在的伤害,具有较高安全性,还可加快患者骨折愈合速度,可提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on joint function of senile distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with distal radius fractures admitted to Bijie Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guizhou Province from June 2017 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into the reference group(n=30,simple application of manual reduction)and the observation group(n=30,on the basis of the reference group,oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and other comprehensive treatment measures of traditional Chinese medicine).The effects of different treatment methods on joint function,clinical treatment effect and complication rate were compared.Results After 90 days of treatment,the wrist function score of the observation group was(103.12±12.13)points,which was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.411,P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment(96.67%)and the incidence of complications(10.00%)in the observation group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,4.812,both P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with distal radius fractures,comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the wrist joint function and clinical efficacy,which can reduce the damage existing in the patient's body,with high safety,and can accelerate the speed of fracture healing and improve the quality of life of patients.
