摘　　要：脂肪变性供肝是一种常见的边缘性供肝,相比于正常肝脏,脂肪变性供肝更容易受到冷缺血损伤,导致术后相应并发症增多,如何提高脂肪变性供肝的使用率和安全性是至关重要的。活体肝移植允许供体在术前一定时间内进行脂肪肝的减脂,包括运动、控制饮食、药物降脂等方式,是最常见的供肝减脂策略之一,近年来,有关脂肪变性供肝体外减脂的研究也有较多报道,尤其结合机械灌注平台减脂似乎是可靠的方法,本文综述了肝移植中脂肪变性供肝治疗策略的研究进展。Steatopic donor liver is a common marginal donor liver.Compared with normal liver,steatopic donor liver is more susceptible to cold ischemia injury,resulting in increased postoperative complications.How to improve the utilization rate and safety of steatopic donor liver is crucial.Living donor liver transplantation allows the donor to carry out fat reduction of fatty liver within a certain period of time before surgery,including exercise,diet control,drug fat reduction,etc.,which is one of the most common strategies for liver fat reduction.In recent years,there have been many reports on in vitro fat reduction of steatosis donor liver,especially when combined with mechanical perfusion platform,fat reduction seems to be a reliable method.This article reviews the research progress of steatosis donor liver treatment strategies in liver transplantation.
