刘新祥教授运用肝脾肾同调法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床经验

摘　　要：近年来慢性肾功能衰竭的发病率逐渐上升,且起病隐匿、预后差、医疗费用大,已成为影响人类健康的重要公共卫生问题,因此本病的早发现、早治疗尤为重要。慢性肾功能衰竭的发生发展不可逆,目前对于本病的治疗缺乏特效药,越来越多研究表明,中医辨证论治在慢性肾功能衰竭的治疗上有着独特优势,可以帮助患者减轻痛苦、改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。刘新祥教授根据多年临证经验总结认为慢性肾功能衰竭发病过程中虚实夹杂,可出现肝脾肾三脏失调,治宜扶正祛邪、标本兼顾,总以健脾益肾、疏肝理气、祛湿化瘀为主。本文主要探讨刘新祥教授运用肝脾肾同调法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的经验,为慢性肾衰提供临床治疗思路。In recent years,the incidence of chronic renal failure has gradually increased,with hidden onset,poor prognosis and high medical expenses,which has become an important public health problem affecting human health.Therefore,early detection and early treatment of this disease are particularly important.The occurrence and development of chronic renal failure is irreversible.At present,there is a lack of specific drugs for the treatment of this disease.More and more studies show that TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation has unique advantages in the treatment of chronic renal failure,which can help patients alleviate their pain,improve their clinical symptoms and improve their quality of life.Professor Liu Xinxiang,based on years of clinical experience,concludes that the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure is mixed with excess and deficiency,which may lead to imbalance of liver,spleen,and kidney.The treatment should be based on strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors,taking both the symptoms and root causes into consideration,and always focusing on invigorating the spleen and kidney,soothing the liver and regulating qi,eliminating dampness and removing blood stasis.This article mainly discusses Professor Liu Xinxiang's experience in using the liver spleen kidney coordination method to treat chronic renal failure,providing clinical treatment ideas for chronic renal failure.
