摘　　要：中药浸膏的干燥是制备现代中药固体制剂的重要工序之一。但是,中药浸膏的干燥效率低、能耗高、浸膏粉吸湿性强、流动性差,以及喷雾干燥粘壁等问题较为突出,长期困扰着中药制药行业。添加助干剂是解决以上问题的有效途径,在中药浸膏干燥中有着重要的应用。该文章通过文献调研分析,综述了助干剂在中药浸膏干燥中的作用与主要应用,总结分析了助干剂的助干机制,以期为提高中药浸膏的干燥效率、改善中药浸膏品质提供参考。One of the crucial steps in preparing a contemporary solid traditional Chinese medicine formulation is drying of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts.However,the drying efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine extract is low,the energy consumption is high,the extract powder has high hygroscopicity and poor fluidity,and prominent problems such as spray drying wall sticking,have plagued the traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry for a long time.The addition of drying aids is an effective way to solve the above problems and has important applications in the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.This article analyzes and summarizes the role and main applications of drying aids in the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts through literature research,and summarizes the drying mechanism of drying aids,in order to provide a reference for improving the drying efficiency and quality of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.
