中医药治疗帕金森病异动症的研究进展

摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是一种常见于中老年人的神经系统变性疾病,左旋多巴(LD)是治疗本病最基本、最有效的药物,但长期使用该药会导致部分患者出现舞蹈样、肌张力障碍样等刻板重复的不自主运动,即左旋多巴诱导的异动症(LID)。LID的出现可不同程度加重PD患者病情,影响患者生活质量。目前LID发病机制尚不完全明确,LID的预防与治疗方法还不能完全满足临床需求,因此LID是PD治疗的一个难关。近年来中医药对LID也展开了一定研究,包括动物实验和临床试验,故中医药治疗LID是一个切入点。本文参阅了近年来相关国内文献,从中医病因病机、中医药预防、中医药治疗三个方面对PD相关LID的中医药研究进展做一综述。Parkinson disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disease commonly seen in middle-aged and elderly people.Levodopa(LD)is the most basic and effective drug for the treatment of this disease.However,long-term use of this drug will cause some patients to have dance like,dystonia like and other stereotyped repetitive involuntary movements,that is,levodopa induced dyskinesia(LID).The occurrence of LID can exacerbate the condition of PD patients to varying degrees and affect their quality of life.At present,the pathogenesis of LID is not fully clear,and the prevention and treatment methods of LID cannot fully meet clinical needs.Therefore,LID is a challenge in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has also carried out some studies on LID,including animal experiments and clinical trials,so the treatment of LID by TCM is a point of penetration.This article refers to relevant domestic literature in recent years,and provides a review of the research progress of TCM on Parkinson's disease dyskinesia from three aspects:TCM etiology and pathogenesis,TCM prevention,and TCM treatment.
