摘 要:为了解不同市售菌种对污染河湖水体的净化效果及最佳投加量,特在室内进行试验,筛选出净化效果较好的市售微生物菌剂,确定最佳投加量,将其作为工程化应用培养菌种。试验结果表明,总体来看,光合细菌1#、硝化细菌3#和芽孢杆菌8#对污染河水中氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、总磷(Total Phosphorus,TP)及化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD_(Cr))的去除效果均最好,40 h后对NH_(3)-N与TP的去除率均可超过50%,对COD_(Cr)的去除率也可超过40%。光合细菌1#的菌液投加量为2 g/L,硝化细菌3#和芽孢杆菌8#的菌粉投加量为0.02 g/L时,NH_(3)-N、COD_(Cr)及TP的去除率均最高。在实际工程中,综合考虑成本和效果,可采用上述投加量混合投加微生物菌剂。In order to understand the purification effect and optimal dosage of different commercially available microbial strains on polluted river and lake water bodies,indoor experiments are conducted to select commercially available microbial agents with better purification effects,determine the optimal dosage,and use them as engineering application cultivation bacterial strains.The experimental results show that overall,photosynthetic bacteria 1#,nitrifying bacteria 3#,and bacillus 8#have the best removal effects on ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),total phosphorus(TP),and chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr))in polluted river water,after 40 h,the removal rates of NH_(3)-N and TP can all exceed 50%,and the removal rate of COD_(Cr)can also exceed 40%.The removal rates of NH_(3)-N,COD_(Cr),and TP are the highest when the bacterial liquid dosage of photosynthetic bacteria 1#is 2 g/L,and the bacterial powder dosage of nitrifying bacteria 3#and bacillus 8#is 0.02 g/L.In practical engineering,considering both cost and effectiveness,the above dosage can be mixed with microbial agents.
