摘 要:随着化工产业的发展,含钒煤渣的产生量与日俱增,其碳含量和钙含量较高,不宜采用直接浸出和钠化焙烧工艺。含钒煤渣首先进行焙烧脱碳,然后进行酸浸提钒试验,分别对氯盐钠化焙烧、硫酸钡焙烧、焙烧-硫酸浸出、焙烧-盐酸浸出进行对比分析。研究结果表明,氯盐钠化焙烧、硫酸钡焙烧对含钒煤渣提钒影响不大,焙烧-盐酸浸出为最佳工艺方案。With the development of the chemical industry,the production of vanadium containing coal slag is increasing day by day,its carbon and calcium content are high,and direct leaching and sodium roasting processes are not suitable.Vanadium containing coal slag is first roasted for decarbonization,followed by acid leaching experiment for vanadium extraction,and comparative analysis is conducted on sodium chloride roasting,barium sulfate roasting,roasting-sulfuric acid leaching,and roasting-hydrochloric acid leaching,respectively.The research results indicate that sodium chloride roasting and barium sulfate roasting have little effect on vanadium extraction from vanadium containing coal slag,and roasting-hydrochloric acid leaching is the optimal process scheme.
