摘 要:厌氧消化是污泥处理的主流技术之一,其能够将污泥中的有机碳转化为甲烷。高温高含固率厌氧消化工艺具有运行效率高、负荷高、减少占地等优势,相比中温低含固率厌氧消化工艺,其在管控上存在一些特定的技术要求。结合工程案例的运行经验,对高温高含固率厌氧消化工艺的管控进行分析,从进泥控制、工艺参数控制、运行管理和安全维护等方面进行全面梳理,为该工艺的稳定运行提供指导。Anaerobic digestion is one of the mainstream technologies for sludge treatment,which can convert organic carbon in sludge into methane.The high-temperature and high-solid content anaerobic digestion process has advantages such as high operating efficiency,high load,and reduced land occupation,compared with the medium-temperature and low-solid content anaerobic digestion process,it has some specific technical requirements in terms of control.Based on the operational experience of engineering cases,an analysis is conducted on the control of the high-temperature and high-solid content anaerobic digestion process,and a comprehensive review is conducted from the aspects of sludge control,process parameter control,operation management,and safety maintenance,providing guidance for the stable operation of the process.
