摘　　要：对于大面积、城市级、多敏感区域的超大城市,综合考虑安全、效率、空域等因素,利用直升机飞行平台搭载多镜头倾斜相机,采用倾斜摄影测量技术方法,能及时有效地获取现场三维实景。本文基于直升机在超大城市倾斜摄影测量中的应用,快速高效地获取了被测区域的多视角高分辨率影像数据,并利用影像数据进行三维建模,构建可量测的三维模型,以满足超大城市中精细化治理要求。For mega cities with large areas,city level,and multiple sensitive areas,taking into account factors such as safety,efficiency,and airspace,a helicopter flight platform equipped with multi lens tilt cameras is adopted,and oblique photogrammetry technology is used to timely and effectively obtain on-site 3D real scenes.This project is based on the application of helicopter oblique photogrammetry technology in mega cities,which can quickly and efficiently obtain multi view high-resolution image data of the measured area.By using image data for 3D modeling,measurable 3D models can be constructed to meet the requirements of refined governance in mega cities.
