摘 要:整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)发电站的主要燃料依然是煤炭。为了适应新形势下国家对煤电机组“三改联动”的要求和用户的实际需求,针对某IGCC电站汽轮机节能降耗改造、供热改造和灵活性改造等方案进行了研究。通过对比不同改造方案的技术路线和经济性,最终确定双转子互换循环水供热改造方案为优选方案,其主要包括非供暖季的通流改造和供暖季的高背压循环水供热改造。该方案实施后,机组各项性能指标将明显提高,纯凝热耗率验收工况下的热耗设计值将降低约5.15%,出力设计值比改造前增加约8.4%,对外供热功率约为186.67 MW。所提改造方案具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,可为类似机组的“三改联动”改造提供参考。Coal is still the main fuel used in integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC)power plant.To adapt to the requirements of“three-renovation”from the country and meet actual demand of customer,the study was conducted on renovations for steam turbine in an integrated gas combined cycle power plant from aspects of energy-saving,heating and operation flexibility.Comparison was carried out among different renovation schemes to analyze their technical paths and economic efficiency,and it was determined that the scheme of double-rotor and heating by recirculating water was the optimal one.This scheme consisted of flow path renovation during non-heating season and heating renovation of high backpressure circulating water during heating season.The performance indexes would be significantly improved by adopting this scheme:in turbine heat acceptance condition,the heat consumption in pure condensing condition would be reduced by about 5.15%,and the power output would be increased by about 8.4%;the heating supply would be about 186.67 MW.This scheme is of considerable economic and social benefit,and can provide reference for“three-renovation”of similar units.
