摘 要:火电供热机组参与调峰运行时,如何确保低负荷工况下汽轮机仍能满足热用户的用汽需求,是一个值得研究的议题。以某350 MW火电机组的低负荷供热工况为研究对象,提出了中压调门参与供热调节的方案。通过改变中压调门开度来调整对外供热蒸汽压力,可以实时匹配热用户的用汽参数需求,有效解决调峰运行下供热蒸汽压力参数偏低的问题,使得该供热机组具备了40%~100%宽负荷供热能力。实施结果表明,采用该方案后,该机组能够满足调峰运行工况下热用户的用汽需求,该方案的工程应用价值得到了验证。研究成果可为同类型火电供热机组兼顾电网调峰要求和满足热用户用汽需求的优化方案的设计提供参考。When thermal power heating units participate in peak shaving operation,how to meet the steam demand of heat consumers under low load condition of steam turbine is a topic worthy of research.Taking the heating condition of a 350 MW thermal power unit with low load as research objective,a scheme for intermediate pressure control valves to participate in heating regulation was proposed.By changing the open angle of the intermediate pressure control valves,the steam pressure for external heating could be adjusted,and the real-time matching of steam parameters to the demand of heat consumers could be realized.Therefore,the problem of low pressure of heating steam caused by peak shaving operation was successfully solved,and the unit was enabled to have heating capacity at the load range of 40%-100%.The implementation results of this scheme showed that the unit could meet the steam demand of heat customers during peak shaving operation,thus the engineering application value of this scheme was verified.The research results can provide reference for the design of optimization schemes to realize heating goal during peak shaving operation for thermal power heating units of the same type.
