摘　　要：在一级学科“图书情报与档案管理”更名为“信息资源管理”的背景下,文章通过回顾科技情报工作和情报学的发展历程,以认识其发展逻辑和规律,把握本学科和事业的特质和使命。同时,进一步明确情报学和科技情报工作在“信息资源管理”中的位置,处理好与兄弟学科和相关学科的关系,让情报学和科技情报事业发展得更好更快。Based on the background of the renaming of the first-level disciplines of library science,information science and archival science,this paper reviews the development process of scientific and technological information work and information sci-ence,understands the logic and law of its development,and grasps the characteristics and missions of this discipline and undertak-ing,so as to further clarify the position of information science and scientific and technological information work in“information re-source management”,handle the relationship with brother disciplines and related disciplines,and make the development of infor-mation science and scientific and technological information work better and faster.
