摘  要:电感的高频特性建模是电源EMC仿真的难点。文章提出了一种基于电感实测插损的高频建模方法,以5μH空芯电感为例进行了仿真与测试验证,结果表明:该方法能准确反映出电感的高频谐振特性,谐振频率处插损仿真与测试最大偏差±7 dB,其余频率偏差均在±3 dB以内。研究结论对于电源EMC仿真设计具有较好的参考意义。The modeling of the high-frequency characteristics of the inductor is very important for the EMC simulation of a power supply.A high-frequency modeling method based on the measured insertion loss of the inductor is proposed.Taking the 5μH air-core inductor as an example,the simulation and measurement are carried out.The results show that this method accurately reflects the high-frequency resonance characteristics of the inductor.The maximum deviation between simulated and measured insertion losses near the resonant frequency is less than±7 dB,and this deviation does not exceed±3 dB for other frequencies.The research results have good reference significance for the EMC simulation design of power supply.
