摘　　要：最新CISPR 14-1第7版统一了家用电器和其它各种设备中由可切换负载引起的断续骚扰(喀呖声)发射限值合格评定过程中的不同解释。文章梳理了第7版相关修改的简要概述,特别关注了自2023年10月起根据EN IEC 55014-1:2021引入的强制性要求的应用,以及介绍了同时严格要求硬件和软件的情况下进行测量和分析结果所需的工具。The latest CISPR 14-1 Ed.7.0 international standard has finally stated the end of different interpretations in the qualifying process of compliance to the emission constraints for the CLICK discontinuous disturbances caused by switchable loads in household appliances and other various equipment.A quick overview on the introduced modifications related to this matter is being provided here,with a particular care to the tools required by EN IEC 55014-1:2021 since October 2023 for measuring and analyzing the results without compromising in terms of hardware and software.
